The Learning Coach position was made possible through the generosity of longtime supporters/former XHS parents, Jim & Brenda Clancy. Since the implementation of the Learning Coach position, the average number of students failing at least one course per semester has dropped from 19 to 8 while the average number of total failing grades per semester has decreased from 29 to 12 -- a 41 and 42 percent difference, respectively.
The Learning Coach position is housed in the recently renovated LMC, a project made possible through the generosity of Mike and Jo Cambridge.
